In addition to the duties to be performed under the Act and this regulation, the duties, duties and rights of the manager shall also include the following:-
(a) To execute and cause the decision given by the Government of Nepal regarding the above complaint to cancel the order given by him in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 20 of the Act.
(b) If deemed necessary, conduct an inquiry regarding the work of the inspector.
(c) The work to be done by the inspector of one area shall be done by the inspector of another area.
(d) To keep the inspector under his general control and to give instructions regarding the work to be done.
